I Cannot See The Most Current Issue Of My Magazine!

Occasionally, the publishing or release date of a digital magazine does not coincide with the publishing date for its related paper issue. The publisher of each magazine determines these release/publication dates.

 

To ensure that your magazine issues and your app are up to date, re-launch the PixelMags App:

  1. Double-tap the “Home” button quickly
  2. Tap and hold the PixelMags App until the icons begin to “wiggle”.
  3. Release the icon and tap the “­­­—” in the upper left corner. The app will quit.
  4. Tap the “Home” button.
  5. Re-launch the PixelMags App.

 If this does not resolve your issue, please create a new service ticket and a Customer Support Agent will address your issue as soon as is possible
