There may be a couple of things going on that might be causing you the trouble. The first thing you need to be sure of is that you are logged into the original account you made the purchases in. To see if you are logged in go to the "Settings" tab and then tap on "More." The bottom line-item will indicate if you are logged in or not.

 PixelMags Troubleshooting Matrix:

Step 1: Make sure you have a solid Wi-Fi connection or 3G Signal.

Step 2: Ensure you are using the most recent versions of iTunes.

Step 3: Ensure you are using the most recent version of the iOS Software (iOS 4.2) for your “iDevice” (i.e. an iPad; an iPhone: 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S; or an iPod Touch: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generations).

Step 4: Re-launch the PixelMags App:

  1. If you are at the home screen:
  2. Double-tap the “Home” button quickly.
  3. You will see a slide show on the bottom. All app’s open and running are in this slide show.
  4. Locate the app icon in the slide show.
  5. Tap and hold the PixelMags App until the icons begin to “wiggle”.
  6. Release the icon and tap the “—” in the upper left corner. The app will quit.
  7. Tap the “Home” button.
  8. Re-launch the PixelMags App from the home screen.

  1. If you are in the PixelMags App and the app seems “frozen”:
  2. Press and hold the “Home” button until the app quits. You will return to the “Home” screen.
  3. Re-launch the PixelMags App.

If this does not resolve your issue, proceed to Step 5.

Step 5: Remove and reinstall the PixelMags App:

  1. Tap the “Home” button to return to the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the PixelMags App until it begins to “wiggle”.
  3. Click the “X” in the upper left hand corner of the app icon.
  4. When prompted, tap “Delete”.
  5. Reinstall via iTunes:
  6. Launch iTunes
  7. Re-sync your apps (the app must be checked in iTunes)

OR:

  1. Reinstall via the App Store: (You will not be charged to re-download an app you already own from the App Store, provided you are using the same iTunes account (Apple ID) used when you initially purchased the app.)
  2. Re-launch the PixelMags App.

NOTE: After re-installing the app, launch it by tapping the icon on your main screen. Be sure to log in to your PixelMags account to ensure all of your previous purchases are available to download. When you launch the app, wait for the login panel to pop-up. If it doesn’t appear, go to the “More” tab in the top right corner, select “Settings” and then select “Login”. Enter your email address. The app will check if your email address is registered on the system. Once your email address is verified it will prompt you for your password. At this point enter your password in the required field, then tap “Go.”
