My Magazines Are Listed In The Wrong Date Order.

Occasionally, the publishing or release date of a digital magazine does not coincide with the publishing date for its related paper issue. The publisher of each magazine determines these publishing or release dates.

 

To ensure that your magazine issues and your app are up to date, re-launch the PixelMags App:

 

  1. Double-tap the “Home” button quickly
  2. Tap and hold the PixelMags App until the icons begin to “wiggle”.
  3. Release the icon and tap the “­­­—” in the upper left corner. The app will quit.
  4. Tap the “Home” button.
  5. Re-launch the PixelMags App.

If this does not resolve your issue, please create a new support ticket and a Customer Support Agent will assist you as soon as is possible.
