I Cannot Find My Subscription Credits!

There may be a couple of things going on that might be causing this issue. First, you need to ensure that you are logged into the original account you made the purchases in. To see if you are logged in, go to the "Settings" tab and then tap on "More." At the bottom of the dialog pane, the last line-item will indicate if you are logged in or not.

If the pane says, "Log Out" then you are correctly logged in and there is another issue at work here. Please create a new ticket and a Customer Support Agent will address your issue as soon as is possible.

If the pane indicates "Log In", please log into your account using the account credentials for the original account that the items were purchased under. Sometimes users may inadvertently create a second account. If this is the case, please request that the Customer Support Agent merge accounts into the main account where your purchases lie.
