If you are having problems accessing your PixelMags account with your password, try resetting your password using the steps outlined below:
Launch the App and wait for the login panel to pop-up. If the panel does not appear, go to the “More” tab in the top right corner select “Settings” and then select “Login”.
Your email address may be already pre-populated in the email panel. If your email address does not appear, you will need to re-enter your email address manually.
Once you have done this, the App will check to ensure your email is registered on the system. Once your email is verified as correct, select the “Forgot your password? Touch Here” text box. You may need to minimize the keyboard if you are in landscape orientation.
After you have touched the text box, you will see a pop-up saying “Password reminder.” After tapping this, an email will be sent to your email address on record in our system.
In your email program you should have an email from PixelMags. If it is not in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam Filter or Junk Mail folder.
Open the email and click on the link. It will take you to a web page, which will prompt you to input a new password.
After entering your new password, re-enter the same password a second time for confirmation.
Click “Change password”.
The page will refresh and confirm that it has successfully changed your password.
Re-launch the PixelMags App and wait for the login panel to pop-up.
If the login screen does not appear, go to the “More” tab in the top right corner, select “Settings”, and then select “Login”.

Once you have done this, the App will check to ensure your email is registered on the system.
Once your email has been verified, enter your new password in the password field the select “Go” on the keyboard.
