If you are a Hello Magazine user, Hello is a Greek magazine and only available in Greek. 

If you would like to cancel your App and request a refund, this is handled directly via iTunes. Here at PixelMags do not have any access to the financial portion of the transactions. The subscriptions and/or Issues you purchase are done directly through iTunes, the transaction is then sent to the Publisher of the Magazine itself. For a request of a cancellation or refund from your iTunes account, please access your iTunes account online and contact their customer support.
